As Motionless water becomes polluted after a while, likewise, people who refuse to

change themselves loose the opportunity to sustain in this breathtaking competitive world.

But yoga helps us to reduce physical stress and keep the mind calm.

According to Sanskrit, yoga is also referred to as "Union" and it means the

union of body, mind and soul.

 In ayurveda, yoga is an ideal exercise for body. It's postures can help us maintain a good balance of

pitta, kapha and vata dosha. Yoga is a perfect lifestyle for HEALTH and WELLNESS.

Asana and meditation affect the brain in a positive way, people who regularly do yoga

are much more calm and relaxed  as compared to others.  

Sun and Moon yoga will play an important  role in the lifestyle of today's generation. The people are ungrounded, living in a busy world, not sleeping well and stressed.     

Moon yoga creates calmness, stability and grounding in the body and mind whereas sun yoga

cultivates energy, vibrancy and power.  So this yoga day, stay stress free, laugh a
